Spaghetti with grey mullet bottarga

Ingredients:

Spaghetti
Grey mullet grated bottarga
Olive oil

Directions

Drain pasta still firm, dress with mellow olive oil and sprinkle with 10g of grated bottarga per serving (for example, 400g of spaghetti : 40g of grated bottarga)
