Grey mullet bottarga with pears, cress and walnuts
Ingredients:
- Pear
- Mullet Bottarga
- Cress
- Walnuts
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
Peel the pear and cut it and bottarga into thin slices. Put the cress in a serving dish, put on it pear's slices, bottarga, grated walnuts, dress with olive oil, salt and pepper and serve.
