Ingredients:

  • Mullet Bottarga
  • Cress
  • Walnuts
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

Peel the pear and cut it and bottarga into thin slices. Put the cress in a serving dish, put on it pear's slices, bottarga, grated walnuts, dress with olive oil, salt and pepper and serve.
