Recipes
Spaghetti with urchins and bottarga
Ingredients
- 4 servings:
- Garlic
- Oilve oil
- 100 gr urchins' meat
- Spaghetti
- 20 gr grated grey mullet bottarga
Directions
Brown one garlic clove in a pan and leave to cool. Mix 100 gr of urchins' meat with cold oil. Drain pasta still firm and dress with mixing oil and urchins. Sprinkle 20 gr of grated grey mullet bottarga and serve.
