Strawberries with grey mullet bottarga and balsamic vinegar
Ingredients
- 8 medium/big sized strawberries
- 40 gr mullet's bottarga in slices
- Balsamic Vinegar
- (4 servings)
Directions
Cut 8 medium/big sized strawberries and 40 gr of grey mullet's bottarga in slices, then mix in a bowl and add 1 spoon balsamic vinegar. Let it stand for 1 hour and serve.
