Penne alla fenicia
Ingredients
- 4 servings:
- 500g 'Penne' pasta
- 500g tomatoes
- 1 glass olive oil
- 30g grated bottarga
- parsley
- garlic cloves
Directions
Boil 500g of 'Penne' with salt. Drain 'penne' still firm, add 500g of tomatoes in pieces, 1 glass of olive oil, 30g of grated bottarga, a lot of grated parsley and 2 crushed garlic cloves. Toss and serve.
