The Stefano Rocca’s catalog
The catalog is organized into different categories. The characteristics and qualities of each product can be studied through the product description, reachable from both categories, by searching through the box featured on the homepage.

Once you find the product you want to buy, simply add it to your cart, specifying the weight and quantity desired. By accessing the area of the cart, you can also see the list of purchases, changing the content and proceed to payment or continue shopping on the site. The articles that are on sale on the site shop.stefanorocca.com are always available even if, due to multiple simultaneous purchases of the same product, it is possible that the availability is not more immediate. In this case, the products not available for purchase will be reported through graphic and textual mark.

From the website section "Gift", you can buy gift cards, with different price cuts. If you want to buy a gift card, you can simply choose a price cut and add the good to the shopping cart. You will receive an alphanumeric coupon code, which can be emailed to the gift recipient.

The owner must use the coupon code during checkout entirely after shopping on the site shop.stefanorocca.com, inserting it into the field "Promotional Code".

What data do you provide for the purchase?
All data required during the purchase is required for the payment and shipping notes. Personal data will not be divulged to third parties for any other purpose. In order to facilitate the delivery, is good to fill the fields with the most accurate information possible.

How to pay for my order?
You can pay your order with major credit cards in a safe environment managed by PayPal. Alternatively, you can choose to pay by cash selecting the appropriate item in the cart. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us by email to ordini@stefanorocca.com.

Shipping Times and Costs
Stefano Rocca s.r.l. ships by a courier in Italy and around the world. Delivery costs will be shown and charged at the time of purchase. We recommend you always check the number and integrity of the packages upon receipt so as to promptly report any faults or damage to the carrier and to our offices.

The team Stefano Rocca s.r.l. will process the order in a period between 2 and 5 working days. Delivery times depend on the shipping address.

Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order within 12h after the confirmation of the order by contacting the team of Stefano Rocca srl (ordini@stefanorocca.com). Following the cancellation properly, you will re-credit the amount of the transaction.

Right of withdrawal
Stefano Rocca s.r.l. applies the right of withdrawal provided for by Legislative Decree No. 185 May 22, 1999, implementing Directive 97/7/EC issued by the European Union on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts. This right is the right of the consumer to return the purchased goods to the seller and the resulting refund of the purchase price. This right is granted to natural persons, except so vendors or persons who in any way purchase for resale to third parties. Next year's withdrawal by the consumer, Stefano Rocca srl authorize the return of goods that must be made no later than 15 working days. All returned items must be in good condition and properly packed to maintain its integrity. Stefano Rocca s.r.l. accept the returned goods reserving the right to verify that the goods have been returned in original condition and with packaging intact. Only then will the re-crediting the amount paid by the consumer within the statutory time limits provided for the receipt of the cancellation notice. Are excluded from reimbursement of transportation expenses.

Note: You can not apply the right of withdrawal under the perishable goods. A necessary condition for the return of the merchandise is returned in good condition of the products purchased.
